2. OUR PRODUCTS
The following product is available for purchase on the Website and covered by these Terms:
NadGo® NAD+ Pen Kit (1000 mg) – a reusable, precision-engineered injector pen supplied with one 1000 mg NAD+ vial, 20 sterile micro-needles, 20 alcohol wipes, a travel pack, and a sharps disposal bin. The system allows controlled, multiple-use delivery of NAD+ for nutritional supplementation.

All products are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at our discretion but will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via Stripe. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel orders where payment fails or remains outstanding.
You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. A chargeback is unjustified if the purchase was authorised by you, the products were received as described, or you failed to contact us first to resolve the issue.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in recovery of the full chargeback amount, administrative fees, and any reasonable legal costs.
For any payment concerns, please contact hello@nadgo.co.uk before initiating a chargeback.
4. DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are shipped from our warehouse via temperature-controlled couriers to maintain product integrity.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout; incorrect addresses may cause delays.
Typical UK delivery time is 3–5 working days after order confirmation; international deliveries may take 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
We guarantee shipment within 30 days of confirmed payment, except where prevented by circumstances beyond our control.
We will notify you promptly of any unexpected delay.
5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our products contain temperature-sensitive and sterile components, returns and cancellations are restricted.
We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-exposed items, including NAD+ vials, needles, or wipes.
For hygiene and safety reasons, once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nadgo.co.uk.
Provide photos and order details; we will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If uncertain, contact us for clarification before placing an order.
6. CANCELLATION BY US
We may cancel your order by written notice if:
- Payment is not received; or
- We are prevented from fulfilment due to events beyond our control, including supplier shortages, transport delays, or force majeure.
7. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are over 18 and legally able to enter into binding agreements;

We warrant that:
- We are authorised to sell the products listed;

All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud.
We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or unauthorised application of the product; delays or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control; or indirect or consequential losses such as business interruption or loss of profit.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
You agree not to hold NADGO Limited officers, directors, or employees personally liable for any loss or claim.
