Shipping policy

This Delivery Policy outlines the delivery methods, timeframes, and charges for orders placed on our website and forms part of the contract between you and NADGO Limited.

Free standard delivery is available for all mainland UK addresses.

We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with occasional delivery options available for selected international locations.

For UK mainland deliveries, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order number which can be used to track your delivery via the relevant courier service.

Deliveries require a signature and must be accepted in person at the specified delivery address.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, at least one further attempt will be made. If delivery is still unsuccessful, instructions will be provided to arrange collection or redelivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons within your control (including but not limited to an incorrect address, inaccessible premises, or absence at the time of delivery), additional charges may apply for redelivery.
